Following the success of their much-loved exhibition last year, Carol Mulhearn and Rebecca Miller return with Nautical Nonsense – Rolling Hills & Salty Tails, a joyful celebration of the landscapes, seascapes and remarkable creatures that make our life by the coast so special.

Combining Carol's whimsical hand-built ceramics with Rebecca's richly layered mixed-media paintings, the exhibition invites visitors into a world where rolling hills meet salty seas and curious characters are never far away. From quirky critters to familiar landscapes reimagined with warmth and imagination, each artwork tells its own story while celebrating the beauty, wonder and humour of the natural world.

Together, these life-long friends create a visual journey where land and sea intertwine, encouraging visitors of all ages to slow down, look a little closer and discover unexpected details hidden throughout the exhibition. Humour weaves its way through every corner, reminding us that nature can be both breathtaking and delightfully mischievous.
