Saltwater Busselton Opening Soon!

Saltwater is set to take its place within the Busselton Cultural Precinct, standing across from the heritage‑listed Old Courthouse Complex—an established creative hub at the heart of the region’s cultural life.

Saltwater Busselton will officially open on Saturday 9 May, elevating Busselton’s cultural landscape, with Saltwater’s new A‑class art gallery complementing the existing arts, culture and heritage within the precinct.

Proudly owned and managed by the City of Busselton, Saltwater will take centre stage as the region’s premier multi‑purpose venue, providing a modern home for visual and performing arts and a diverse program of cultural experiences.

From opening day, the art gallery, foyer and box office will open daily from 10am to 4pm, welcoming audiences to secure their seats for Saltwater’s inaugural season ahead of the theatre’s official curtain‑up later in the year.

To celebrate the opening, Saltwater Busselton will open the doors on 9 May, offering guided tours throughout the venue including a behind-the-scenes look at how a modern theatre operates, and access to selected backstage areas.
